Fernández de Arcaya is a diferent cellar because of carefully vineyard works and wine elaborations.
Fernández de Arcaya are an agriculture family from Tierra Estella working fields and vineyard.
Our properties are located in El Busto, Sansol, Villamayor de Monjardín and Los Arcos, small villages between Estella and Viana, in Navarra, in the historic Road to Santiago.
The next sentences and details justify our explotation personal caracter:
The cellar is stocked up with own vineyards grapes for reservas.
The wines are elaborated, rest in oak casks and are bottled in the property.
Only high quality wines are bottled.
We based our "Reservas" on the cabernet sauvignon grapes we cultivate.
The tempranillo grapes are used to obtain young wines and "Crianzas".
The participation of cabernet sauvignon in the coupage of the rosé produce it to have a character of its own.
The cellars consist in several buildings. Each room is dedicated to a different process (elaboration, to age in barrels, to bottle...). We have built 2.100 m2.
Next years we will continue to build new areas as aditional stock buildings and a taste room. |

We invite you to visit our vineyards and cellars.
If you speak spanish the contact person recommended is Mr. Jesús Fernández de Arcaya who lives next the cellars. So every day is a good moment to arrive to our cellars. He will receive you very kind so you will feel as in your own home.
But it is better if you telephone him early because as we are a family exploitation, sometimes we are not due to our particular engagements.
