Brownsea is a property located in the northwest of the county of Murcia, in the municipal term of Mule and more concretely in its irrigated village, near the Niño de Mula district, in the Place of the Balate, surrounded apricot trees.
The property prepares of more than 3000 m2 of tree-lined of these characteristics as well as of a rustic house of two plants with 160 m2 inhabitable, and half century of antiquity with services like terrace, pool barbecue and parking for 6 cars. |

Brownsea understands several services since one enters for its great arch. Still before it, we can already see from the one on the way to entrance and to the left hand, a great pool of 40 m2 and 80 m3 of capacity inside a walled enclosure of more than 200 extension m2 from where one can admire a plantation of young apricot trees.
Once passed over their arch and lattice, we meet with a reservoir and with a terrace of summer of rustic floor and furniture and gardeners chord, with autochthonous plants of the place, such as gallants at night, jasmines, oáloes, piteras, as well as a garden of rosebushes.

Once taken the stairway, you consents to the superior plant that has a Hall of entrance of 4m2 adorned with reasons Scouts, three bedrooms of different dimensions and a complete bathroom.
The main bedroom of this plant occupies 12 m2 and in him we can enjoy a calm and fresh stay since it is a big and high room, very illuminated for its large window of but of a meter although, in some moments and if one makes use of its shutters, it is somber and fresh. It has three beds, two of 90 cms and one of 105 cms. The whole decoration of the room is in agreement to that of the whole house being faithful reflection to the acquired feeling.
Leaving some steps to our right hand, we meet with another bedroom, this of 10'5 m2 simply dedicated to the nature between the wooden sticks on the roof of the room and the Provencal furniture, they highlight their large window and marriage bed. The district of the River Mula is located in the center of the district of Murcia.
Albudeite, Campos del Rio (with their old of Los Rodeos), Mula (with their disticts of Yechar, La Puebla de Mula, health resorts of Mula, Fuente Librilla, Casas Nuevas and the Niño de Mula) and Pliego.
The four extend in a surface of 727' 5 Km2, almost 6,5% of the territory district of Mula.
This territory embraces a great sedimentary basin, lightly bowed toward the east, crossed by the rivers of Mula and Pliego, which have created the fertile irrigated villages of the four towns of the district with great abundance of ravines and ravines. This basin closes to the south and Southwest for the mountains of Espuña and Cambrón, and to the north for that of Ricote
It is open to the east, being continued toward the municipal of Alcantarilla and Murcia and, toward the west, connecting with the district of the lands high district of Murcia, located in the northwest of the region.
