Discover a natural paradise staying at one of our rural houses, which offer great comfort and are accommodated to everyone’s needs.
The hacienda has 3,5 hectares and is located at the Paraje de El Gato, only 3 Km from the village Cuacos. It is situated by a small hill, protected by the Sierra de Gredos, and with beautiful views to Gredos, Sierra de Guadalupe, Cuacos and Collado. |

The hacienda offers:
· 1 Rural House of 3 apartments, approx. 50m² each, with one bedroom (2 beds or big bed), bathroom, living room (sofa-bed of 1.20m, TV), dinning room with a stove, fan and equipped kitchen ( freezer, microwave,..). Additionally, each has an independent terrace with excellent views to the valley.
· 1 Rural House of 2 apartments, one of 75m² with 3 bedrooms, bathroom, living room with a fireplace and dinning room, TV, with a kitchenette ( microwave, washing machine,…).
· The other apartment is 65m² with 2 bedrooms (1 double and 2 single beds), bathroom, living room with a fireplace and TV, and a dinning room with a kitchenette.
Both apartments have independent porches with extraordinary views. |

The hacienda is situated next to the famous Yuste Monastery, only 3 Km from the village Cuacos, …close to Plasencia and the National Park Monfragüe, …just a step away from the Jerte Valley and Ambroz, …and not far from Cáceres, Villuercas, Guadalupe, etc
La Vera County
La Vera County, approx. 880 Km², is situated to the Northeast of the province of Cáceres, between the mountain range of Gredos and the river Tiétar. The county has a population of approx. 28,000 habitats and 19 municipalities surround it.
This area has a characteristic microclimate, with warm summers and mild rainy winters. The large altitude variation, from 400 m to summits above 2000m, is also contributing to its abundant animal and flora ecosystem.
The snow falls from November till May allowing, in spring, the water to flow along the ravines and streams of the Vera County.
It is worth mentioning that King Charles I of Spain, also known as Charles V of the holy German Empire, chose the Monastery of Yuste as his last dwell.
The popular architecture is characteristic, with its adobe constructions, balconies, wooden inner doors, main squares and stone paved streets.
