MAMAY - HUIFELEN is an Estancia at the borders of the "Río Cuarto" river, on National Highway 8, only at 25 kilometers from "Las Higueras" airport.
Our guests enjoy staying in a beautiful Estancia that has been owned by Colonel Antonino Bagorria's family for generations.
The Estancia has 1300 acres (650 hectares) of land dedicated to agriculture production and has been breeding horses since 1880.
The main building stands beside the historical woods where Colonel Baigorria and his small group of "gauchos" fought against the Indians in 1864.
Estancia Mamay accommodates a maximum of 8 guests in an atmosphere of relaxed country elegance.
At sunset enjoy an infinitely savory steak on an "asado" (barbecue) and typical rural cuisine accompanied by our best Argentine wines.
A small chapel gathers owners, neighbors and guests once a month. |

Located on National Highway 8, kilometre 573 in the locality of Paso del Durazno, in the province of Cordoba, Argentina.
30 kilometres (18 miles) from the town of Rio Cuarto, and "Las Higueras" airport, with daily flights to and from the Jorge Newbery airport in Buenos Aires. 50 kilometres from Comechingones Hills, which have several arquiological sites to visit.
110 kilometres from the dam of Rio Tercero, and the German village of General Belgrano with its typical architecture, and delicacies such as Viennese cakes and beer at their yearly October Festival.
220 kilometres from the historic city of Cordoba.
