Come to know a zone magnifies of Castile and Leon. We spoke of a city and an impressive province by the beauty and the wealth of its patrimony, the variety and conservation of its fauna and flora: Salamanca.
We spoke of a lost paradise, where the time stopped, in which to spend days unforgettable: The Mountain range of France. All those that come to discover make it the promise return and the majority fulfills it....
Angela and Frédéric will welcome to you in their two equipped rural houses in a typical house of the mountain range recovered with care and that is in a small calm town: Villanueva of the Count.
Benefitting from a spectacular see on the Mountain range and from a great garden, you will spend vacations unforgettable where each one will find what because looks for, Salamanca and the Mountain range offers manifold facets that will satisfy to most demanding; cultural, gastronomical, sport or festive vacations, will only have to choose. |

During the works of restoration, we have tried to find the best harmony between the conservation and the respect of the mountain architecture of a side and the comfort of our renters of the other.
Like from long ago, the beams and the ceilings are of chestnut tree wood; in effect, the wood is throughout: stairs, platform, socle, 'tramonera', that gives a warm and very cosy touch him.
The windows like the great balcony, are oriented to SouthHoly Weekn, offering one of the best views of the Mountain range. |

The house El Caño Chico, along with our other house La Fuente, is in a very calm street of the town.
These sources supply the numerous orchards and fruit trees that are in front of the house. In order to enjoy the garden, it will be enough with lowering to the street and following the small watering can.
The two houses have access to the garden-orchard. We have created two independent zones, but that they do not prevent that they are shared.
You will be able to have at sight to your children from the house and to leave them that they enjoy the space who we have anticipated for them.
The orchard distributed in two paredones, has supplied generation after generation to which they cultivated it.
They are the direction and sources alongside good of the land that cause that it is a fertile place where everything or almost everything grows.
We have also conceived it so that it is a leisure place but trying to respect its aspect and its function of origin. For that reason, we have left fruit trees and planted others. Also we have respected an orchard space. We would wish that this pleasant place was also a place to return to discover forgotten scents and flavors. |

Between the songs of the birds, the murmur of a small near regato can be felt that in addition, in the nights of summer, will contribute coolness to the house.
