La casa de la Veleta fully furnished, self-contained and independent apartment of 65 square meters, integrated in a brand new house built up in accordance to the architectural style of La Rinconada.
La Rinconada is a small village lacated in the Toledo province, half way between Talavera de la Reina and Toledo and right on the border of the regions of Torrijos and Toledo Mountains, in the Middle Tagus.
It is an ideal accommodation for the nature-loving, hunting-loving and fishing-loving, or just for those who wish to relax in Nature, in an environment of peace and calmness, surrounded by silence, by the stunning Toledo Mountains and with the added possibility of visiting Toledo, a World Heritage City, just 20 minutes away by car from the apartment. |

La casa de la Veleta is fitted with all the amenities, such as central heating, hot water, air-conditioning, heat air-pumping, chimney piece, dining-room, fitted american-style kitchen, 2 bedrooms and toilet.
Dining room:
Spacious and fitted with all amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible, such as chimney piece/fireplace, TV, set of sofas, a three-piece sofa-bed and a two--piece sofa, a center table and a dining table with six chairs.
Kitchen:
American-style, integrated in the dining-room and fitted with vitroceramic cooker, washing machine, fridge, blender, microwave, complete kitchen utensils, pots and pans, cutlery, crockery and glassware for 6 people.
2 Bedrooms:
Spacious. One with a double bed (135 cm) and a three-door wardrove, the other one with 2 single beds (105 cm) and a three-door wardrove. Bedlinen and blankets are provided for both bedrooms.
Toilet:
Fitted with a tray shower of 90 cm, washbasin and toilet. There is a window, just like in the rest of the rooms of the apartment. |

La Rinconada is a small village lacated in the Toledo province, half way between Talavera de la Reina and Toledo and right on the border of the regions of Torrijos and Toledo Mountains, in the Middle Tagus.
This so-called "settlement village", founded in the 50´s in the last century and with less than a hundred inhabitants, is characterized for an architectural line carefully preserved, for its white houses and its tree-covered streets, and it is wholly integrated in the surrounding scenery.
The kind pepole of La Rinconada base their economy almost exclusively in the agricultural activity, the crop that grows on irrigated land being the chief characteristic of such activity. Industry and shops are non-existing, but it is not a big inconvenience because La Puebla de Montalbán, which is only 5 minutes away by car, has many kind of shops and services to offer.
However, La Rinconada, does have enough leisure and sport facilities, and in a very good condition, such as children playground, multisport ground with tennis pitch and a big swimming pool with grass-carpeted areas and big trees for shady spots. Also, there is a bar-restaurante within the facilities, where you can taste the exquisite local gastronomy, distinguished for being very rich in the big and small game. Do not miss the opportunity to taste "deer with sauce" or "garlic wild rabbit" that cooks Merche, the pub owner, who will not hesitate to prepare any kind of dish you may order. An ideal place for those who do not bother to cook because the bar is only 30 metres away from the apartment, which is fitted with everything you need to cook, though. |

These prices are for 2008.
Some services are included in the letting: 10 kg of free wood for the fireplace, free entrance to the swimming pool for 4 people for stay (only summer) and 2 hours rent of the tennis ground (both premises and the bar-restaurant are only 30 metres away from the apartment).
