Rural house Los Pasos is one old house of farming of century XIX. Totally reconstructed and recovered with materials of his time it conserves intact the original structure.
It still conserves the manger and the walls of stone. It has stairs constructed with old tile fronts of the zone.
The furniture is in their majority recovered, many of them with more of a century of antiquity.
All the elements that integrate the decoration are well-taken care of to obtain a comfortable and cosy atmosphere to the maximum. |

It consists of two plants, both with central heating. In the ground floor, old porch of the house, is the hall 70 m2 distributed in several levels where different atmospheres provided with well-taken care of details like the firewood home are combined.
In the ground floor the old block and the corral give life to the present kitchen-diningroom.
It still conserves the manger and the walls stone. To a side is the dining room with a great table and a home of firewood and to the other the kitchen provided with pantry, quarter of washing and ironing and exit to the garden.
To the first plant it is acceded by stairs constructed with old tile fronts of the zone.
It consists of four dormitories and two distributed complete bathrooms in different heights that respect the original structure of the house. |

| Biar is a small town of Alicante. It is very well communicated with the rest of the province by different itineraries that allow to accede to the capital and their beaches in less of half an hour (55 km). To 8 km Villena is located, region capital, and to 3 hours and average in car is Madrid. Also, the airport of Alicante, the Altet, is to 60 km. |

| The garden counts on 700 m2 and totally is integrated in the natural surroundings of the mountain landscape; with a well-taken care of vegetation and surrounded by a natural fence of cypresses. It is equipped with swimming pool, barbecue, Arab furnace and zone of recreation. |
