Authentic mill of century XVII of name Albejanar (Arab origin: Vergel) made up of two units where the comfort and the tradition are united in a place for the benefit of the senses.
The grandson of the old miller, next to his pair, has completely renewed it, considering until the last detail as far as construction and decoration, to recover the atmosphere of long ago mixed with present design of very good pleasure. Beams of wood, mud grounds, tiles of Arab style, furniture of time, antiques and works of art are some elements that conform luxurious apartments both. |

By a great covered porch, paved with stones and full of plants, you find Horno Molino, the apartment of the ground floor. In its principal room the outstanding piece is the 'limpia', wood body for the filtrate of the flour, recovered for its occasional use. In the contiguous kitchen the old wall of the firewood furnace has been conserved, with original strained iron door. It is a cosy, warm space, scenery with utensils of the old mill and works of art.
From the porch, by outer stairs, the pond in first plane rises first stage, being, with system of purification, that works the times like deposit of the water that, through a canalization system, will put into operation to the mill.
Of we passed to Casa Molino, entering its colorful kitchen/room; from the small contiguous room it divides a length running, throughout as three precious dormitories are distributed, with furniture of time and noticeable rustic decoration. In the end is a likeable bathroom.
Both apartments can be combined by inner stairs, with total capacity of 10 people. |

The Albejanar Mill is located heart of Andalusia in the heat of. One is in the north of the Granadino West, in concrete within the municipal term of Montefrío, although màs near Algarinejo (3 Kilometros); in the limit with the province of Cordoba.
Nailed in a place of singular beauty, one is on the foot of a river that gathers the water of the Albayate Mountain range. By everything, the sound characteristic of this place is the rumor of the water, that it falls to few meters by a cascade. |
