| Casa rural Carrerbaix is a recently constructed country house (August 2002) that stands out for its rustic-style decoration. The exterior has been decorated with 15th ceramic from the Valencia Region, known as Socarrats de Paterna, whilst the interior boasts 18th century ceramic tiles. |

The rural house has five apartments, each with two double rooms, and a 55m² living dining room with 3 sofa beds.
All of the apartments are equipped with bathrooms, microwaves, oven, ceramic hob, heating, washing machine, dryer, television, iron and bed linen.
Additionally, the house has a 200m² terrace with barbecue, chairs and tables for outdoor meals, children’s play park and a giant ludo board. We provide the necessary recipients and installations for the preparation of paellas.
There is a maximum of 6 guests per apartment.
Guests are provided with firewood and local products and have access to a covered parking space, in which bicycles and surfboards may be stored.
Pets not allowed.

This rural house is located in the village of Orba, which lies midway between Alicante and Valencia (100km) and near to La Noa Cape. Set in the upper region of the River Girona Valley, the village has open access the nearby coasts of the La Marina Alta region (Alicante).
If travelling by car, leave the A-7 motorway at the Ondara junction. Once having passed the toll gates, follow the directions to Ondara. Take the turning signposted Benidoleig/Orba after 10 km.
The village, which has some 1600 inhabitants, is 154 metres above sea-level and enjoys mild temperatures all year round. The house itself is 11km from the beach. The surrounding area hosts a series of beautiful locations that are a must for the visitor.
The village of Orba is surrounded by orange, lemon, olive, carob and almond groves that make up a landscape of colours and aromas that varies in accordance with the season.
Nearby we find the village of Jalón, which is famous for its wine growing activities. Local wines may be obtained from the village’s wine co-operative.
The nearby Laguar Valley produces the best cherries in the world, according to the locals and those that have had the opportunity to try them. |
