Right in the heart of the Iberian peninsula is the province of Albacete. The capital city of the province bears the same name, and is just one more example of the many influences that the Conquistadores had on the Iberian peninsula.
Some interesting places to visit in the area include the Las Lagunas de Ruidera natural park and many monuments such as the San Juan Bautista Cathedral, the Iglesia de Asunción church and the Convento de Santa Clara.
